6 October 2020I went to the service to repair my laptop, the matrix and cover were damaged. The service worker offered free diagnostics and then will inform me about the cost and timing of the repair. After a few days I got a call from the service and offered several proposals for the repair. The repair was done quickly. But after I picked up the laptop I found artifacts on the monitor that were visible only in total darkness. Brought the laptop back to the service. They replaced the matrix for free (warranty case). In general, the impression of the service is good.
